  DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. While replacing a roof for my mother they left it uncovered during a rain storm then shingled it. The water caused significant damage to the inside of the home and mold was on the walls and ceiling where they had not covered it. After accepting the blame and agreeing to repair it they all of a sudden said no. Refused to give us their insurance information and stopped taking our calls. Our insurance company sent out a mold investigator and it was proven that it was caused during the roof replacement. I would not trust them to work on my home.
